This position is ideal for entrepreneurial agents who want to play a key role in expanding our market presence through building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and connecting clients with our full suite of real estate and property management services.
Compensation We offer competitive compensation splits — 60/40 on company‑provided leads and 70/30 on self‑generated business — plus ongoing property management residuals and referral bonuses that reward long‑term success.
Responsibilities Agents will be instrumental in developing new client relationships, introducing landlords to our management programs, and driving overall business expansion within the Chattanooga region.
Qualifications Candidates should hold an active Tennessee real estate license, have strong communication and networking skills, and bring an entrepreneurial mindset focused on growth and partnership. Experience in property management is a plus, as it enhances your ability to identify opportunities and serve investor clients effectively.
