Responsibilities
Act as a strategic business and analytics consultant to multiple brands and portfolios, translating complex data into clear commercial implications and guiding leaders toward high-impact decisions. Connect cross-functional insights (market, consumer, financial, operational) to build an integrated view of business performance, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency across the end-to-end value chain. Deliver a broad range of analytics solutions—from routine performance reporting and forecasting to advanced analytic methodologies—to address critical business questions and support strategic decision-making. Extract meaningful insights from customer and consumer data to strengthen understanding of subnational dynamics, competitive shifts, and market opportunities; inform annual planning, S&OP alignment, and financial forecasting cycles. Design, develop, and operationalize analytical frameworks that measure effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI across multi-channel promotional tactics (professional and consumer). Lead advanced analytics, scenario planning, and forecasting efforts supporting both brand-level and portfolio-level long-range planning; run optimization scenarios leveraging Commercial Mix Models and other techniques. Build and enhance measurement solutions for promotion effectiveness, including regression, Marketing Mix Modeling, test/control, attribution, and performance dashboards. Champion innovation by improving omni-channel measurement capabilities and enabling fast, actionable insights that enhance commercial execution. Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required, in a technical, business, economics, or marketing-related field preferred; advanced degree preferred (e.g., Data Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics). 8–10 [CR1] years of experience in advanced analytics, business performance analysis, forecasting, commercial effectiveness, marketing ROI, and consumer behavior analytics. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand how the business works end-to-end, anticipate stakeholder needs, and translate analytics into clear strategic and operational implications. Demonstrated capability to "connect the dots" across disparate datasets and functional areas to craft holistic, insight-driven recommendations. Knowledge / Experience applying analytic, data mining, and statistical techniques. Proven track record of results orientation, driving measurable commercial impact through data-driven solutions. Strong consulting and communication skills: able to simplify complexity, influence senior stakeholders, and drive alignment in highly matrixed organizations. Solid experience collaborating with and managing external vendors, agencies, and data partners. Benefits
