Digital Product Success Lead (Payer) – Remote. This role supports the Digital Operations team, focusing on delivering value to clients through strategy alignment, implementations, and project execution across several digital products. You will work closely with clients to understand needs, architect solutions, and manage the project lifecycle with internal teams to drive continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For: As a core member of our Digital Operations team, you will be at the forefront of helping us deliver value to our clients through successful strategy alignment, implementations, and project completion, delivery, and execution across several digital products. You’ll collaborate with internal partners (Client Success, Product, Engineering) and keep a focus on continuous improvement, providing frequent feedback to the product team for future iterations of the product. You Will: Manage the end-to-end process of digital product implementation, including identifying optimal paths to attain client and organizational goals, assessing, optimizing, and uploading data, tracking projects throughout their lifetime, driving timely interventions that impact outcomes, reporting results to clients, and performing complex analyses. Provide exceptional client service and support, proactively identifying opportunities for new features, use cases, and products, anticipating challenges and mitigating project impacts. Lead with a continuous quality improvement mindset, aiming to optimize and maximize project outcomes. Partner with Client Success to advise on project strategies, configurations and data needs, and architect win-win solutions for clients. Partner with Commercial teams to enable sales and identify/drive organic growth, including ongoing collaboration, training and support. Identify and support automation of repeatable implementations and customer support processes to deliver ideal outcomes. Execute special projects to further the success of our digital products, digital vendor effectiveness, and the digital program overall. What You Will Bring to the Table: Bachelor’s degree required, or the equivalent of 5 years of working experience in healthcare, product, client success or program management. 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, project management or client-facing roles, ideally experience in health plan contexts; risk adjustment or quality experience is ideal. 5+ years prior experience managing competing high-impact projects throughout the project lifecycle. Driven, entrepreneurial, analytical high performer with strong discipline and process rigor. Excellent communication skills, able to tailor messaging across technical, operational, and executive audiences. Highly organized, strategically focused, able to handle multiple projects with systematic follow-up. Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and a bias toward action. Creative, resourceful problem solver who enjoys tackling complex challenges and collaborating cross-functionally, using data to drive decisions. Experience supporting health plan customers, ideally in risk, quality, and/or payment integrity or similar programs. Ability to rapidly learn technical concepts and how Datavant’s digital products integrate into customer workflows and data ecosystems. Bonus Points if: Robust healthcare experience directly supporting or working within a health plan. Tech-savvy with digital retrieval and/or interoperability experience, especially in data analytics or delivery. Experience with risk adjustment, payment integrity and/or medical record retrieval. Experience with complex data analysis tools (e.g., Snowflake, Sigma). Process improvement experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies; certification is a bonus. The compensation range and notes reflect typical ranges and eligibility; actual offers depend on level, responsibilities, skills and experience. Compensation and Additional Information: The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is $112,000 - $140,000. Some clients may require health screenings or vaccinations; exemptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. This job is not eligible for employment sponsorship where prohibited by law.
