About the Position The Inside Sales Rep will play a key part in the revenue growth of SCORE Sports. This position will build and establish relationships with prospects and customers through inbound and outbound sales activities. The role will be responsible for closing new business and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for an individual who is motivated to achieve goals and play a key position on a growing team to support our mission of uniting people through the experience of sport.
About You
1-2 years of sales experience
Knowledge/ connection to youth sports
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Familiarity with MS365
Familiarity with CRM a plus
Organized and detail oriented
Creative thinker/Excellent problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve company sales growth objectives
Prospecting and new business development to meet quarterly goals
Conduct sales presentations for existing customers and prospects
Close new business and onboard customers
Forecast and plan the business
Create and maintaining customer relationships
Utilize the CRM to effectively track leads, prospects & customers
Attend tradeshows as needed
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies
Score Sports offers competitive pay and benefits. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K.
Base Salary $69,000 - $75,000, depending on experience, plus commission.
Location This position is located in the SCORE Sports office in Irvine, CA
