
As a key contributor to Pega’s Solutions Consulting organization, you will work closely with product managers, developers, analysts, business leaders, and sales teams to support the execution of winning sales strategies. Our Solutions Consultants are both technically strong and highly customer‑centric.

What You’ll Do at Pega:
Present, listen, architect, demo, and solve problems for enterprise clients
Partner closely with Sales to deliver world‑class technical demonstrations
Help clients streamline core operations and improve customer engagement
Analyze key enterprise challenges and map how Pega technology drives transformational outcomes
Who You Are:
Passionate about people and technology
Background in client‑facing roles such as pre‑sales, consulting, technical enablement, or application development
Bachelor’s degree in a technology‑related field or experience with object‑oriented programming
Strategic thinker capable of building and presenting compelling product demos
Strong communication skills with ability to understand client business/IT needs
Experienced in software development, architecture, project management, requirements engineering, product management, or solution architecture
Business fluent in English and Swedish or Norwegian
What You’ve Accomplished:
Proven experience developing solutions and selling enterprise software
Experience collaborating with Sales to design customer‑specific solutions
Delivered POCs, custom demos, and product education to clients
Strong understanding of complex data relationships and rules‑based systems
Thorough knowledge of technology tools, languages, and programs
Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships
Ability to work within structured priority frameworks
