
Grogan's Towne Mobility has an immediate opening for a Mobility Sales Consultant/Specialist. The Mobility Sales Consultant/Specialist is responsible for marketing and selling handicap-accessible vans and mobility solutions to individuals, families, healthcare providers, and organizations. This role requires strong sales skills, product knowledge of adaptive vehicle equipment, and a compassionate, customer-focused approach to help clients identify safe and reliable transportation solutions that meet their mobility needs.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with customers to assess mobility needs and recommend appropriate handicap-accessible vans and adaptive equipment
Sell wheelchair-accessible vehicles, conversions, and mobility accessories
Explain vehicle features such as wheelchair ramps, lifts, hand controls, transfer seats, and securement systems
Coordinate vehicle demonstrations and test drives, including proper use of accessibility equipment
Prepare sales documentation and work with business manager(s) to facilitate financing and warranty coverage.
Coordinate all outreach and marketing efforts for the Grogan’s Towne Mobility (GTM) division. This includes, but is not limited to the following: (weekly/monthly visits to agencies, building relationships with agencies, (county DODD’s, Veterans Service Organizations, driver rehabilitation specialists, and mobility related business), attend service fairs and conventions to promote GTM, work with GM, director of operations and advertising agency on all advertising and promotional items
Actively cultivate new customers through community and agency outreach
Maintain knowledge of ADA guidelines, mobility safety standards, and adaptive driving technologies
Build long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and post-sale support
Work with service to schedule maintenance, installations and warranty work
Commit to providing concierge-level service to our customers
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports and agency database

Previous sales experience required; automotive or medical equipment sales preferred
Experience working with individuals with disabilities, seniors, or healthcare organizations is a plus
Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
Ability to explain technical features in a clear, customer-friendly manner
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
