Aircraft Sales Counselor
LifeStyle Aviation, Morrisville, North Carolina, United States, 27560
Are you a pilot with a sales hunter mindset? Are you looking for a career that allows you to explore your full potential by mastering every corner of the aviation market? At LifeStyle Aviation, we offer a unique career platform. You won’t just be selling one type of plane; you will act as the Exclusive Distributor for the industry’s most compelling modern flight training fleet solutions while simultaneously brokering a vast range of modern aircraft.
This is your opportunity to define your career in aviation. The Role: A Dual-Engine Opportunity
As an Aircraft Sales Counselor, you will operate on two powerful tracks, giving you the stability of B2B relationships and the excitement of high-end retail sales: 1. The Fleet Specialist (The Exclusive Advantage)
You will hold the keys to exclusive inventory that flight schools desperately need to modernize their operations. The Mission: You will be charged with actively reaching out to flight training operators to develop new relationships and present the business case for modernizing their fleets. The Goal: Secure fleet orders that transform flight schools and grow the adoption of modern aviation technology. The Edge: You are the exclusive source for these solutions—you have the product the market needs. 2. The Aviation Broker (The Wide Scope)
You will guide high-net-worth individuals through the complex and exciting world of aircraft ownership. The Inventory: You will broker and sell a wide range of modern aircraft—Singles, Twins, Pistons, and Turbines. The Approach: You will act as a "Counselor," helping clients match their mission profile and lifestyle to the perfect machine. The Variety: No two days are the same. You might negotiate a fleet deal in the morning and hand over the keys to a luxury turbine in the afternoon. Key Responsibilities
Hunt & Grow: Proactively identify and qualify opportunities with both individual buyers and corporate flight training organizations. Consult: Conduct deep needs assessments. Whether it’s a flight school needing ROI analysis for a fleet or a CEO needing a travel solution, you provide the answers. Present: Showcase aircraft capabilities, features, and financial benefits to diverse audiences. Close: Negotiate complex deals, managing the process from initial inquiry through contracts, financing, insurance, and delivery. Network: Build a powerful personal brand by attending industry events, fly-ins, and conferences to expand your territory. Who You Are
A Pilot: Minimum Private Pilot License (PPL) is required. You love aviation and speak the language fluently. A Versatile Seller: Minimum 3 years of sales experience. You are comfortable in a business boardroom and on the ramp with a private buyer. A Tech-Native: You are strong with CRM software, digital contracting, and modern communication tools. A Relationship Builder: You understand that aviation is a small world; you treat every interaction with integrity and professionalism. Educated: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, Marketing, or related field preferred. Why LifeStyle Aviation?
Uncapped Potential: With access to both fleet volume and high-value brokerage, your earning potential is determined solely by your drive. Top-Tier Inventory: Work with the finest modern aircraft in the sky. Dynamic Culture: Join a high-energy, collaborative team that values innovation. Travel: See the country, attend top aviation shows, and live the lifestyle you sell. Ready to Take Off?
If you are ready to expand your horizons and work with everything from trainers to turbines, we want to hear from you.
