As part of Global Innovation, you will be a part of building both what we bring to market and how we do it, changing the game for Kraft Heinz and the industry as a whole.

The Brand Manager will sit in the Kraft Heinz Growth Office, on the Global Innovation team, and be responsible for pioneering new agile innovation methodologies to bring consumer driven innovation to market. The Brand Manager will lead a small, focused cross‑functional team charged with bringing new products to life under our flagship Heinz brand. Products that are relevant to consumers across the global and can be scaled for outsized impact.

This position requires a self‑starter, strategic thinker and creative problem solver. Our approach to innovation is new within the growth organization so the individual needs to be flexible, have a growth mindset, and be comfortable with ambiguity. This role will require a high level of collaboration with the business units and cross‑functional team to develop the strategy and execute the launch. This individual will support the end‑to‑end innovation process, from creating the vision & pipeline, building out the product, all the way through to in‑market experiments and ultimately launch. Responsibilities

Leading a dedicated Agile Pod team (5 person cross‑functional team focused on launching innovation)

Manage stakeholders across the globe throughout the innovation lifecycle, from alignment of the innovation vision all the way through to delivering impactful results for market teams

Lead key initiatives, including but not limited to: strategic vision, pipeline creation, development and execution for the proposition

Develop and implement experiments to Test, Learn and Iterate solutions with consumers and retailers

Support test market launch and building plan to scale launch

Champion Design Thinking and Agile methodologies across KHC

Own the P&L, competitive analysis and retailer sell‑in materials (in partnership with business units)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred

5+ years of experience in marketing for an established or startup CPG company, with prior experience in innovation and base business management

Experience in both employee management & cross‑functional team management; self confident individual who can lead a team and work collaboratively

Demonstrated ability to influence teams and experience managing multiple stakeholders

Ability to simplify complex problems and make decisions quickly in pursuit of constant forward progress

Critical thinker with a consumer centric & growth mindset – learn fast vs. avoid failure

Strong personal motivation in fast‑paced, often ambiguous environment, with a bias for action

Strong "big picture" perspective but also an eye for detail and nuance

Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills to internal/external partners

Excellent strategic and analytical skills; ability to leverage syndicated data sources to assess competitive space, bringing forth insights and recommendations to integrate into overall strategy

Excellent organizational and project management skills

Understanding of Financial P&L

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$120,800.00 - $151,000.00

Bonus:

This position is eligible for a performance‑based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
