Responsibilities

Content Creation and Management: Develop compelling property descriptions, marketing collateral, social media posts, email newsletters, and other promotional materials; ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and consistent with brand guidelines. Digital Marketing Support: Assist in managing and updating the company website, various online listings, and social media platforms; monitor digital marketing performance and contribute to optimization efforts. Database and CRM Management: Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and facilitating targeted marketing efforts. Market Research: Conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for enhanced marketing strategies. Transactional Administrative Support: Assist with the preparation and organization of client-related paperwork for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance; this includes supporting the team with documentation essential for property listings and closings. Requirements

Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry or a related field. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
