We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist / Marketing Data Analyst —a hybrid thinker who merges creativity with analytical precision. In this role, you’ll design and execute digital marketing campaigns while turning performance data into actionable insights that drive growth, engagement, and ROI.

What You’ll Do

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across paid search, social, display, and email channels.

Collaborate with creative and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to maximize engagement and conversion.

Marketing Analytics & Data Integration

Aggregate and analyze data across HubSpot, GA4, CRM systems, and ad platforms to evaluate omnichannel performance.

Track and measure key marketing KPIs including CAC, ROI, conversion rates, retention, and channel effectiveness.

Build and maintain data pipelines that ensure marketing data accuracy and scalability.

Attribution & Optimization

Develop and refine multi-touch attribution models to understand channel impact and optimize marketing spend.

Use predictive modeling and trend analysis to inform digital strategy and forecasting.

Identify new opportunities and recommend improvements to boost performance and ROI.

Reporting & Visualization

Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel for executive and marketing leadership.

Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and visual stories.

Automation & Efficiency

Streamline reporting and campaign workflows using tools such as SQL, Python, R, or VBA.

Implement automation for recurring tasks in marketing operations and analytics.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.

Experience

2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or business intelligence.

Proven success managing paid media, SEO, and marketing performance analysis.

Experience in insurance, finance, SaaS, or technology industries preferred.

Technical & Marketing Skills

Analytics : Power BI, Excel (advanced modeling), SQL (data extraction and querying).

Marketing Tools : HubSpot, GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Bonus : Experience with Python or R for advanced forecasting and automation.

Deep understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and performance metrics.

Excellent storytelling skills — able to turn complex data into actionable insights.
