• Provide exceptional member service to all Members, volunteers, internal employees, and service providers. • Explain products and services to Members to meet their needs. Cross-sells RCU, RCU Investment Services, RCU Insurance Services and RCU Auto Services products and services. • Establish basic products and services for Members. • Provide information to Members’ questions or directs them to the appropriate person or department for assistance. • Safeguard Member information and ensure confidentiality by following established policy and procedures. Transactions • Complete Members’ transactions accurately and efficiently using established policies and procedures. • Balance cash, checks, and maintain proper documentation. Teamwork and Other Functions • Attend and contribute to departmental meetings. • Perform branch opening and closing duties. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Complete orders for Credit Union forms and supplies. • Participate in Credit Union committees.
