Job Title: Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Oversight Director. Location: Remote. Job Summary
Join our team as a Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Oversight Director, where you'll lead the charge in safeguarding against financial crimes. This senior role focuses on independent governance and the integration of cutting-edge technologies to enhance compliance and risk management. Responsibilities
Provide independent risk oversight, ensuring business operations align with risk appetite and regulatory standards. Develop and implement risk-based strategies for AML, Sanctions, Fraud, and ABAC programs. Serve as the primary liaison with federal regulators and auditors during examinations. Lead quality assurance functions to test transaction monitoring and customer due diligence. Deliver strategic risk reporting to the Chief Risk Officer and Board of Directors. Oversee the integration of AI and manage risks related to digital assets and blockchain technologies. Skills Required
In-depth knowledge of BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC sanctions, and FATF standards. Proficiency in data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau. Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex risks to senior leaders. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or Risk Management; advanced degrees preferred. 10+ years of experience in financial crimes, with 5-7 years in senior leadership roles. Preferred certifications: CAMS or CFE. About SSi People
