Overview Designer Coordinator III – Brand Creative Operations (BRC) based in Center City Philadelphia. This role supports the global salesforce by developing and delivering high‑quality sales and marketing communication.

Compensation Hourly rate: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

Utilize InDesign to produce complex sales, operations, and internal support materials, applying style guides, formatting, and quality checks.

Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create slicks, brochures, internal communications, and event graphics.

Improve and demonstrate design best‑practice standards to peers and clients.

Obtain client clarification, approval, and feedback on proposals and deliverables.

Maintain the integrity and organization of shared electronic files.

Collaborate with content and proofreading teams to ensure proper grammar, consistent messaging, and brand voice.

Perform quality assurance for all documents, ensuring corporate identity compliance, high‑quality photos, and accurate content throughout draft, editorial, and production phases.

Work non‑traditional hours as needed to meet project deadlines.

Consistently meet project deadlines while managing multiple client priorities.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience handling deadline pressures, establishing timelines, and proactively ensuring adherence.

Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; Photoshop/Illustrator and motion‑graphic or web software (Premiere, AfterEffects, etc.) is a strong plus.

Advanced command of InDesign and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint emphasis).

Comfortable using a PC environment.

Knowledge of Qvidian or similar content‑management systems is a plus.

Recent graduate with 0–3 years of relevant professional experience or a college degree in design, business, or communications (or comparable experience); coursework in advertising, marketing, or graphics desirable.

Portfolio of relevant marketing or sales materials required at interview stage.

Physical Demands May require lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking and standing; uniform or personal protective equipment may be required.
