Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently Resolve customer concerns and elevate issues when necessary Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction Assist in updating customer accounts and managing documentation Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred) 1+ years of customer service experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry systems Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills Additional Information
