$19.50 - $29.00 hourly Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inbound calls promptly and professionally. Assist clients with service-related and account inquiries, providing accurate information and clear solutions. Document all client interactions accurately in internal systems and CRM platforms. Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution. Maintain and update client records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Process client-related documentation in compliance with company procedures. Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Benefits
