Provide functional support in areas including Brokerage Cash Management products and services, Brokerage Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries. Maintain a high level of professionalism, be career-driven, and committed to world-class service. Contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Multi-task effectively and adapt quickly to change in a busy financial service center. Qualifications
Preference for 1 of the following criteria: College Degree or Previous contact center experience. Demonstrates ability to stay professional and deliver world-class service.
