Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
6-8+ years leading loan servicing operations with strong leadership skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and loan servicing systems a plus.
Responsibilities:
Manage all loan servicing functions, including payment collection and distribution, payoff coordination, and daily/ monthly reconciliations.
Onboard new loans into the servicing system, audit loan data for accuracy, and maintain loan records.
Monitor insurance renewals, verify coverage, and coordinate claims with borrowers, insurers, and service partners.
Handle problem accounts, including payment issues, insurance gaps, and default situations; participate in remediation strategy and communications.
Ensure all servicing activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and coordinate documentation for dealer floor plans and lines of credit, ensuring accurate processing with banks, escrow agents, and borrowers.
Track interest calculations, payoff schedules, and credit expiration dates, mitigating risk and ensuring portfolio health.
