Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Customer Service Trainer

to support the development and performance of customer-facing teams. This role is responsible for delivering structured training, reinforcing service standards, and ensuring consistent, high-quality client interactions. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and passionate about coaching others to succeed.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing customer service training programs

Facilitate in-person and group training sessions

Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to team members

Develop training materials, guides, and process documentation

Ensure alignment with company service standards and operational goals

Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and improvements

Track progress and support continuous skill development
