Identifying off-market and on-market deals Analyzing property performance metrics Preparing financial models Assisting in negotiations through to closing Collaborating with the company’s leadership and construction management teams to align acquisition strategies with value-add execution plans Qualifications
You don’t need years of experience — you need hunger, discipline, and the willingness to learn. We’ll train you from the ground up on how to source real off-market and distressed assets across NYC. You’ll learn how to identify undervalued multifamily, mixed-use, and small-development deals, how to speak with homeowners and brokers, and how to analyze opportunities the same way we evaluate deals internally. If you’re coachable, persistent, and excited to grow, we’ll give you the knowledge, systems, and daily guidance to become a true acquisitions professional.
