Drive Sales & Leasing Success: Use your sales expertise to lease apartments, maximize occupancy, and achieve leasing goals through effective follow-up, relationship building, and local market knowledge.
Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Provide a welcoming, personalized experience to every prospect and resident—your energy and professionalism set the tone for our communities.
Market with Impact: Execute creative marketing strategies, social media outreach, and community engagement efforts to attract new residents and boost retention.
Champion Retention: Build strong relationships with current residents by resolving concerns quickly, managing their maintenance requests, and getting units ready.
Collaborate for Results: Partner with maintenance to ensure seamless operations and a positive resident experience.

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
Proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals in a sales-driven environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (AppFolio experience a plus).
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
