We are currently seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented

Customer Service Representative , to join our

Garland, TX

office. This role is key in ensuring a

positive client experience

and supporting the success of our land surveying operations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the

first point of contact

for clients by phone, email, and chat.

Respond to client inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer‑first attitude.

Schedule

customer and client land surveys , confirm appointments, and manage project timelines.

Enter, update, and track

client orders and project details

in real time using our internal systems.

Maintain organized and timely communication between clients, surveyors, and other departments.

Provide accurate information on service offerings, project status, timelines, and pricing.

Escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Manager when needed.

Support internal teams to ensure smooth operations and

exceptional customer service

throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

2–5 years of

customer service or administrative support experience , ideally in construction, land surveying, title, or real estate industries.

High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.

Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/order‑entry systems.

Positive and professional attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork.

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
