Role Description This part‑time on‑site Property Manager role is based in Oakland, CA. The Property Manager will oversee day‑to‑day property operations, including tenant communication, managing leases, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring that properties are well‑maintained and compliant with regulations. Additional responsibilities include preparing operational budgets, updating property records, and working closely with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Strong property management, tenant relations, and problem‑solving skills
Experience with budgeting, financial management, and record‑keeping
Knowledge of local and state property management laws and regulations
Able to work on‑site 3‑4 days per week for a total of 20 hours per week
Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills
Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and collaborate with maintenance teams and vendors
Previous property management experience or relevant real‑estate background is highly preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business or related field is a plus
