The Residential Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, or recommending loan applications for mortgage lending. The role involves working closely with underwriters, processing customer applications, maintaining customer service standards, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
Experience in the Mortgage Industry is required & experience with Encompass & Optimal Blue is a plus
Proficiency in Underwriting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience with financial regulations and compliance is a plus
