Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position in Austin, TX, for a Senior Real Estate Agent. The Senior Real Estate Agent will manage property transactions, work closely with clients to meet their real estate needs, cultivate leads, and utilize negotiation skills to close deals effectively. Responsibilities include staying informed on market trends, maintaining compliance with real estate laws, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The role also requires collaboration with team members and the ability to build long-term professional relationships. Qualifications
Must possess a valid Real Estate License and a thorough understanding of real estate practices. Proven experience in Sales within the real estate domain. Strong abilities in Customer Service and relationship building to ensure client satisfaction. Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and communication skills are necessary. Proficiency in local real estate market knowledge and trends is highly valued. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of contributing to a collaborative team environment. High splits, from day 1. No base line minimum performance requirements.
