Appointment Setter
to schedule consultations, follow up with leads, and support sales and operations teams. This full-time hybrid role focuses on outbound and inbound communication, calendar management, and customer engagement in a fast-paced fitness and wellness environment.
Responsibilities
Make outbound and inbound calls to schedule appointments
Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing clients
Confirm, reschedule, and manage appointment calendars
Accurately document call outcomes and appointment details
Provide basic information about services and programs
Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
Coordinate with sales, coaching, or operations teams
Maintain professional and friendly communication at all times
Qualifications
1+ year of appointment setting, call center, or customer service
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Ability to handle objections and remain professional
Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and spreadsheets
Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
