5+ years staffing or B2B sales experience preferred

We’re hiring a Business Development Representative / Account Executive to hunt new accounts, close corporate HR agreements, and expand revenue across multi-branch customers nationwide.
What You Will Do
Hunt and close new B2B business within CDL and transportation staffing
Target logistics, distribution, foodservice, building supply, and delivery companies with 25–100+ trucks
Sell CDL A & CDL B driver staffing (temp-to-hire and direct hire)
Build relationships with corporate HR, fleet managers, and branch managers
Open national agreements and expand them across multiple branch locations
Track pipeline, activity, and performance in Bullhorn CRM
What We’re Looking For
CDL driver staffing or transportation industry background strongly desired
High activity, outbound-driven sales mindset (calls matter here)
Confident communicator who can overcome objections and close
Comfortable selling to HR, operations, and branch leadership
Self-starter who creates their own opportunities
Polished, professional, and resilient personality
Someone who wants to win, not manage
Required Skills
Phone-based outbound sales
Relationship building across multiple stakeholders
Objection handling and closing
Required Education, Training, Experience
Sales experience required (staffing or logistics preferred)
CDL / FMCSA knowledge a plus
Willingness to participate in trucking associations and industry groups
Sandler Sales Training provided during ramp
