Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Detroit, MI, for a Leasing Consultant. The Leasing Consultant will assist prospective residents with leasing apartments, administer lease agreements, and ensure consistent communication with both potential and current residents. Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, promoting resident retention through relationship management, and maintaining organized lease administration processes. The role requires a proactive individual who can effectively showcase the community while delivering a positive experience for all tenants. Qualifications
Experience with leasing, lease administration, and managing resident retention efforts. Strong communication skills for engaging with prospective and current residents effectively. Excellent customer service skills to create positive experiences for all residents and prospects. Knowledge of property management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and handle tasks independently as needed. Previous experience in real estate, property management, or hospitality is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or education in property management are an advantage.
