Productiv is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated
Supply Chain Specialist (Business Development)
to drive outbound sales activity and fuel the growth of our 3PL, kitting, and supply chain solutions. This is a high-volume, outbound-focused role responsible for generating qualified opportunities within a defined region and target profile.
The ideal candidate has
2-3+ years of B2B sales experience , thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is relentless in building pipeline. This role requires strong sales sequencing skills, the ability to uncover competitive intelligence, and the drive to book meetings with decision makers every week.
You will play a critical part in Productiv’s growth by creating new conversations, identifying prospects’ pain points, and setting up high-quality opportunities for the sales leadership team who will partner with you to close new business.
Responsibilities
Execute high-volume outbound sales motions including calls, email sequences, and social outreach to generate interest within a defined territory.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads aligned to Productiv’s target industries and ideal customer profiles.
Conduct discovery-level conversations to identify needs, gather competitive insights, and position Productiv’s suite of 3PL, kitting, and display solutions.
Schedule qualified meetings and demos with key decision makers on a weekly basis.
Collaborate closely with the VP of Enterprise Supply Chain Solutions to hand off opportunities and support the sales cycle.
Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activity, pipeline progression, and performance metrics.
Represent Productiv with professionalism, energy, and a growth-focused mindset.
Qualifications
2–3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a quota-carrying or lead-generation role.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding outreach and quota expectations.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and prospecting skills.
Experience running structured outbound sequences including phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
High drive, high energy, and a competitive mindset.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with weekly activity and meeting targets.
Ability to learn and articulate Productiv’s value proposition across multiple industries.
CRM experience preferred such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
