About The Role The

Associate Product Manager

will work closely with various groups to translate public safety customer needs into product requirements. They will also help with implementation via collaboration with the development teams. Individuals in this role will become a part of a fast-paced, highly collaborative team environment that supports innovations and creativity.

This position can be home based but must be able to work East coast hours.

Responsibilities

Customer Focus

Develops and builds awareness of key customer needs, as relayed by others.

Participates in customer discovery activities with the product team and gives input for solutions.

Helps others to deliver on existing customer commitments.

Regularly reads competitive announcements and events.

Data-Driven Decision-Making & Analysis

Go to Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle

Distributes information to sales and marketing to educate on product issues.

Requirements

Minimum Years of Product Management Experience: 0-2 years

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and priorities.

Demonstrated critical thinking skills.

Understanding software development methodologies like Agile Scrum, Kanban and writing user stories.

Experience in Government or Law Enforcement industries and/or public records is a plus.

Familiarity with our Law Enforcement products (Accurint Virtual Crime Center and Accurint TraX) is a plus.

Education to Qualify: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.

US Citizenship is required for this specific role

The successful candidate will be required to pass an enhanced criminal background check conducted by the Company’s state and local law enforcement partners conducted in compliance with the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) security policy. Employees in this role may also be subject to ongoing criminal background checks as required by the Company’s state and local law enforcement partners. Candidates and/or employees who are not certified by state and local law enforcement to access criminal justice information will not be able to perform the essential functions of this role.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $53,900 - $89,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. Base Pay Range for CO is $53,900 - $89,800. Base Pay Range for IL is $56,500 - $94,200. Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $59,300 - $98,700. Base Pay Range for MD is $56,500 - $94,200. Base Pay Range for NY is $59,300 - $98,700. Base Pay Range for New York City is $61,900 - $103,200. Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $51,200 - $85,300. Base Pay Range for OH is $51,200 - $85,300. Base Pay Range for NJ is $60,676- $96,924. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
