ABOUT THE ROLE The Director of Paid Media owns the strategy, execution, and scaling of paid media across Epic Gardening and Botanical Interests. This role is explicitly designed to drive material, year-over-year revenue growth while maintaining disciplined use of advertising spend.
This is a high-pressure, high-upside role.
Baseline performance is not sufficient. Meaningful growth is required to unlock variable compensation, and exceptional performance is disproportionately rewarded.
This role is ideal for an operator who wants ownership, accountability, and uncapped upside tied directly to business outcomes.
WORKING HOURS & LOCATION This role must be located in or around the Nashville or Franklin area for in-person collaboration. The team meets in a co-working space on average two times per week, so only applications from this area will be considered. This is not a remote role.

Build systems that allow for sustainable, scalable growth
You are comfortable launching campaigns and managing allocated spend

Have helped scale a DTC brand to 50M+ in annual revenue
You thrive under accountability and pressure

You want to build something that scales
This won’t be the right role if you…
