Business Development Representative

We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our high-octane new business team and play a key role in unlocking new relationships with prospective customers. If you are a master prospector with proven cold-calling expertise and a strong track record of converting cold calls into meetings, along with excellent communication and persuasion skills
then let's talk! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospects, sparking meaningful conversations and setting up high-quality meetings for our Account Executives. You'll report to the Vice President of Sales and be an essential part of our growing sales group. What You'll Own
Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting Break into net new logos within your designated territory Set new qualified meetings/demos for your Account Executives Coordinate multi-channel prospecting across cold calling, email, video, events and social channels Identify and engage key decision makers within your prospective accounts Create interest from prospects in learning about FURTHER from across your Building relationships with decision-makers to uncover needs and introduce FURTHER's solutions Partner with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads Develop thoughtful, relevant outreach strategies for target accounts Manage prospect conversations and optimizing outreach using CRM and sales tools Achieve and exceed outreach and meeting generation goals What You'll Bring
3+ years in an outbound business development or sales role Experience helping at least one small to mid-size software company generate $1MM ARR from your contributions Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a growth-stage environment Experience researching, account planning, prospecting and cold calling into net new accounts Proven track record of consistently achieving quota A highly competitive mindset with a persistent goal to be a top performer You think outside the box, leave no stones unturned, and thrive off personal connection A proactive and thoughtful approach to outreach

Our openings span more than one career level. The starting salary for this role is $60,000 -$80,000 USD base/ $70,000-$100,000 total OTE.
