We’re looking for a driven
Sales Executive
to take ownership of key customer relationships, grow strategic accounts, and serve as the primary point of contact for the clients you manage. In this role, you’ll combine sales, account management, and high-level operations oversight to help expand our footprint and deliver exceptional service.
What You’ll Do
Develop new business through cold calling, prospecting, and relationship building
Act as the primary daily contact and “face of the account” for your customers
Manage high-level tasks and communication for major clients
Quote freight, qualify opportunities, and grow assigned accounts
Build shipments, track freight, and serve as the main point of contact for updates
Communicate proactively—good news or bad—while strengthening customer rapport
Lead quarterly business reviews and align on strategy with senior-level client contacts
Participate in weekly/monthly continuous improvement calls with internal and client teams
Review RFPs, execute lane lists, and manage spot quoting tools
Perform additional duties as assigned
What You Bring Experience & Education
High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred
1–3 years of experience in a logistics environment (freight brokerage or dispatching preferred)
Ability to learn and work within various TMS/CRM platforms
Strong Google Drive proficiency and advanced Excel skills (vLookups, pivot tables, reporting)
Experience in freight brokerage, account management, dispatch, or operations is a plus
Existing book of business (truck base or customer base) preferred but not required
Highly detail-oriented with a positive, customer-first mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of DOT/FMCSA regulations and transportation software
Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to be available after hours or weekends as needed
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer
Regular mobility (walking, bending, reaching, etc.)
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs frequently and 40 lbs occasionally
