This role bridges the gap between merchant approval and sustained processing activity. In this payments support specialist role, you will investigate and resolve customer issues related to our integrated payments offering. Our Payments Underwriting Specialist will be the primary gatekeeper of our payment ecosystem, evaluating the creditworthiness of diverse businesses across both card-present and digital environments. Our Sales Development Representatives will partner with our sales team to implement sales and pipeline-building strategies. This role plays an integral part in driving the growth of our customer base and revenue through generating qualified leads. The Sales Development Representative, Payments is responsible for driving adoption of Tekmetric Payments within our existing customer base. This role focuses exclusively on engaging current Tekmetric users who have not yet activated our integrated payments experience.
