We are building an AI powered customer experience platform for SMBs. We are a product led, self serve company approaching MVP launch and actively working toward product market fit. We have raised $15M at seed stage, and are focused on learning fast, shipping quickly, and building what SMBs actually need.

Profile: Early GTM Generalist

Role Summary As our Founding GTM Lead, you will not inherit a playbook, you will write it. You will act as the connective tissue between product, engineering, and the market. This is a 0-to-1 GTM Generalist role, with experience working with SMB and VSB (very small businesses), where the user is often the business owner, and market dynamics resemble B2C.

You’ll be responsible for customer discovery, onboarding early users, running experiments, measuring outcomes, and translating real market signals into product, pricing, and positioning decisions.

This is a senior individual contributor role with real ownership at a very early stage. You will report to the CEO and work in close partnership with our founding Head of Product and VP engineering.

What you’ll do

ICP discovery and validation:

Lead qualitative and quantitative ICP research, including user interviews, usability tests, and early win loss analysis. Continuously refine ICP hypotheses and segmentation based on direct customer signal and product usage.

Product led growth and activation -

Own the "New User Experience". Define activation events, time to first value, identify exactly where an SMB owner gets confused and work with the Product and Engineering team to simplify the flow or build "just-in-time" education. Identify friction and drop off points and address them through targeted experiments.

Pricing & Packaging:

Test our pricing and packaging with usage-based signals and trials to find the "sweet spot" for SMB budgets. Provide data backed recommendations on pricing and packaging strategy.

In Product Growth:

Drive growth and monetization experiments inside the product. Validate acquisition and conversion mechanics through small, controlled tests, prioritizing learning before efficiency or scale.

Scrappy Acquisition:

Execute "unscalable" experiments to find our users - whether that’s niche community engagement, direct outreach, or micro-influencer partnerships.

Who you are

6+ Years Experience:

Likely in Product Marketing, Growth, or as a "Founder in Residence" at a PLG SaaS company.

The SMB / VSB Specialist:

You understand that "Small Business" isn't a monolith. You know how to talk to a 10-person agency or a local service provider - audience empathy is your superpower.

Entrepreneurial Mindset:

Comfortable operating with ambiguity, incomplete data, and fast iteration, opinionated but evidence driven, willing to change direction based on data.

Technical Literacy:

Hands on experience with modern growth, analytics, and experimentation stacks.

Analytical Mindset:

Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product and behavioral data. Able to synthesize qualitative and quantitative signals into clear insights and recommendations.

Self- Starter:

Builder mentality, you take initiative, own projects end to end and turn ideas into actions without waiting for detailed directions.
