As a member of the Cookie Crew at our San Jose store located at
42 S 1st Street San Jose, CA 95113 , you are the point person at the front of the store and you also have the opportunity to bake our cookies. Responsibilities
Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery Benefits
