Overview

Organic Produce Farm Manager position located in southeast Wisconsin. This is a start-up organic farm on a 20-acre property with a 5,000 square foot barn (heating & plumbing) owned by a Chicago chef who will oversee all operations and help set up accounts. The manager will be in charge of planting, growing, harvesting, processing, packaging and delivering all produce on the property. The role is entrepreneurial and responsible, with potential partnership opportunities and clear scalable growth as the business develops. Responsibilities

Lead planting, growing, harvesting, processing, packaging and delivery of all produce on the property. Support startup operations and coordinate with the owner to help set up accounts and systems. Ensure farm operations align with organic farming practices and quality standards. Qualifications

Ideal candidate will have organic vegetable farming experience and/or education. Entrepreneurial, passionate and responsible demeanor.
