
Technical Sales Representative
Territory : 150 Mile Radius of Leesburg
Compensation : Base + Bonus = $140-170K + $650 Car Allowance, Mileage, Corporate Card
The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for directly calling on and selling to builders and, as well as creating strategies to support the sales goals for the start-up and growth of a new Envirocast wall system production facility in Leesburg, FL. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers (builders), architect & engineering firms, and contractors. The primary focus will be to identify and close on opportunities to develop and increase Envirocast Florida sales revenue.
Responsibilities
Sales and marketing of Envirocast wall systems within an approximately 150-mile radius of Leesburg, FL.
Develop and build strong relationships with builders, architect & engineering firms, and contractors in targeted residential and light commercial market segments within the region.
Leverage existing knowledge and relationships within the Florida residential and light commercial construction segments.
Collaborate with production and engineering to ensure design of the best and most cost-effective solution(s) for customers’ unique applications.
Work directly with Engineering and the General Manager to identify technical requirements and regulatory obligations as applicable.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, engineering or a related field desirable but will substitute combination of education and relevant work experience.
3 years of experience in Florida residential construction and at least two years of sales to builders in residential construction.
Competencies
Experience in selling a complex value proposition.
Ability to work with engineering firms to specify Envirocast products in relevant markets.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Ability to travel within 150 miles radius of Leesburg, FL.
