We have worked with them multiple times in the past 6 years to successful outcomes. We are seeking hunter-minded sales professional to manage and grow an established Florida territory with approximately $4 million in existing annual revenue. This is a high-impact, growth-oriented role responsible for strengthening distributor relationships, expanding product penetration, and generating double-digit revenue growth across multiple product lines. Key Performance Indicators

Know the Territory (Accounts and Decision Makers) Utilize Manufacturer's Account Targets Extend New Business with an increase of 10-15% Scales Volume of Existing Accounts to maintain $4M territory (2025 revenue produced) Consistent Clear Communication with Manufacturer Contacts Use Learnings and Feedback to Grow and Manage Territory Job Responsibilities

Develop existing distributors and end-users as well as prospects for new business in the traffic safety , safety wear, and power tool lines the company represents Work closely with manufacturers. Sell product features and benefits plus build sales through guidance and recommending new opportunities. Hands-on demonstration of new products. Working with distributors and their staff to build sales with their customers. Required to work trade shows which include some nights and weekends. 90% field sales, throughout the state of Florida (to the panhandle) 5-7 overnights per month (company paid expenses for business) Ideal Candidate Profile

3-12 years of business to business record of success in sales (field or inside) Enthusiastic Sales Person, Emphasizing Excellence, Independence, Motivation for Sales, Computer Skills (MS Office).
