$125K–$140K base x2 OTE Our client is a leading media platform at the intersection of content, location, and audience engagement, and they are seeking an Account Executive to join their Client Partnerships team. This is a revenue-generating role designed for a driven seller who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth advertising environment. This position is focused on generating new business within an assigned category or territory, with an emphasis on small to mid-sized agencies and direct advertisers. The role combines remote selling with selective in-person meetings and offers significant ownership over pipeline development, client relationships, and deal execution. What You’ll Be Doing

Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying through proposal development, negotiation, and close Drive new and incremental revenue by identifying, pitching, and closing opportunities with agencies and advertisers Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agency partners and clients Build, manage, and forecast a healthy pipeline using CRM tools Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals Make informed, independent decisions related to programs and pricing within established guidelines Collaborate closely with teammates and contribute to a culture rooted in trust, accountability, and shared success What They’re Looking For

A proven track record of selling advertising or media solutions, ideally within categories such as automotive, insurance, government, banking, retail, or QSR/CDR Experience working with agencies and navigating agency-led sales cycles Strong ability to self-generate leads and develop new business Demonstrated success qualifying, pitching, and closing via phone, email, and in-person meetings Strategic thinker who can plan effectively while moving quickly in a dynamic environment Clear, confident communicator—verbally and in writing—comfortable presenting to individuals, groups, and senior executives Energetic, enthusiastic, and persistent, with a natural ability to influence and persuade Highly organized, adaptable, and quick to learn new products and capabilities Comfortable working independently while being a collaborative team player Proficient with CRM systems and standard business tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Experience

Existing agency relationships or client contacts within the assigned territory or category Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree from a leading U.S. or international university 2+ years of advertising sales experience across digital, out-of-home, TV, cable, or radio This is an exciting opportunity for a seller who enjoys building relationships, owning their book of business, and making a measurable impact within a growing media organization.
