Inside Sales Representative – Construction
role supports the sales process by connecting with existing and potential customers, identifying opportunities, and forwarding qualified leads to outside sales representatives.
Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and contact new and existing customers
Update and accurately maintain customer account information and machine population records
Participate in call campaigns and special projects
Collaborate with various departments to meet customer needs
Travel as required for training or to support other locations
Ideal Candidate
Strong computer experience
Excellent phone presence
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
