Location Quantico, VA

Overview You’ll support U.S. Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) by delivering all-source analysis focused on the Middle East. Your work will help shape situational awareness, planning, and decision-making for operational stakeholders. Expect a mix of research, writing, and briefing.

Position Responsibilities

Research and analyze information from multiple intelligence sources to produce high-quality intel products (written and oral).

Meet assigned annual production goals for published all-source products.

Identify intelligence gaps and help develop/refine collection requirements to close them.

Conduct OSINT research using approved tools and methods.

Analyze foreign military topics such as: Order of battle, unit structure, missions, and disposition changes Air defense, coastal defense, ballistic missile systems, and targeting architectures Military operations and exercises: tactics, techniques, procedures (TTPs), doctrine, readiness, proficiency Command and control, logistics, survivability, denial and deception, defensive systems Emerging tech and technology transfer with military implications.

Produce products aligned to IC analytic standards (ICD 203/206/208) and MCIA review/production requirements.

Deliver briefings to leaders and mission partners as tasked.

Coordinate with other analysts across the Intelligence Community to share insights, deconflict work, and stay aligned.

Participate in working groups, conferences, and intel forums.

Contribute ideas to improve analytic processes, procedures, and tools.

Qualifications

Experience performing all-source analysis on military forces, systems, and operations.

Strong writing and briefing skills (you can communicate clearly to different audiences).

Familiarity with IC analytic standards and structured analytic techniques.

Experience working on SIPRNet and related intel systems (SCINet familiarity is a plus).

Working knowledge of Middle East regional military dynamics.

Ability to work independently while still being a strong teammate.

Nice-to-have

Prior support to MCIA or Marine Corps intelligence missions.

Experience with foreign military systems analysis or advanced technology assessments.

Experience supporting collection management and requirements development.
