Atlas Coffee Club
Amazon E-Commerce Analyst
We’re looking for an Amazon E-Commerce Analyst to
support and help scale Atlas Coffee Club’s e-commerce operations,
with a primary focus on Amazon. This is an entry-level, high-impact role designed for someone early in their career who is deeply curious, analytical, and excited to learn how a subscription consumer brand grows revenue through 3rd party platforms.
You’ll work closely with our Marketplaces Manager and cross-functional partners across marketing and supply chain, and gain hands‑on exposure to paid advertising, product launches, customer insights, and performance reporting.
Atlas Coffee Club is redefining how the world experiences coffee: from award‑winning single origins to functional wellness blends. Our direct‑to‑consumer brand is scaling rapidly across Coffee Club, Tea Club, and Atlas+, our new wellness coffee line.
What You’ll Do
Support day‑to‑day management, optimization, and scaling of paid advertising campaigns, including bid adjustments, budgeting, and performance monitoring
Assist in ideation, execution, and analysis of tests to make existing product listings higher converting and more profitable (titles, imagery, and pricing)
Help stand up new products on Amazon or elsewhere, including setup, QA, and coordination across internal teams
Handle inbound Amazon customer inquiries and support outbound communication with Amazon on logistics, compliance, and operational queries
Maintain and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports across the business line– calling out performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement
Partner closely with growth, operations, and creative teams/agencies to scale listings, ads, and inventory in lockstep
Develop a strong understanding of marketplace mechanics, customer behavior, and performance drivers
Must-Have Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and comfort working in spreadsheets/digging into data sets to call out trends
Clear written communication skills and comfort interacting with external partners
Curiosity, eagerness to learn and iterate, and willingness to ask questions
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, Economics or related field
Exposure to Amazon Seller Central, paid CPC ads, or e-commerce tools/best practices
Knowledge of advertising metrics and performance analysis
Understanding of A/B testing methodologies
This Role Might Be Perfect For
Recent graduates with internships or coursework in business, marketing, analytics, or operations
Early‑career professionals (1‑2 years of experience) interested in e-commerce, marketplaces, or growth roles
Why This Role
Hands‑on exposure in paid acquisition, product launches, and marketplace operations at a fast‑growing consumer brand
A true apprenticeship‑style role with mentorship, clear expectations, and increasing ownership over time
Opportunity to develop a strong foundation in e-commerce, growth marketing, and business operations
A seat close to real decision‑making, with visibility into how strategy turns into execution and optimization
Contribute immediately on a small team at a small company, with a clear path for growth
Why Join Atlas Coffee?
Join a team of high‑performers who like to move fast, think innovatively, and create a great experience for our customers
Work on top‑rated products across coffee, tea, and functional wellness
Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k, and paid holidays
PTO, sick time, and a remote‑friendly culture with a hub in Austin, TX
Base salary range – $45,000–$60,000/year.
Individual pay is based on factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and other job‑related reasons.
