Business Development Account Manager (New Sales) Houston, Texas (Hybrid) We are seeking a driven, outgoing, and competitive Business Development Manager to join our Houston, TX team. We need a passionate sales professional eager to join a fast-growing company at the forefront of the workplace dining industry. You’ll be part of a high-performing sales team focused on selling innovative food service programs to B2B, mid-market, and enterprise clients across a variety of industries. This is a true hunter role, responsible for identifying prospects, and building long last lasting relationships. $80-90K + commission Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generations to establish relationships and schedule meetings with potential clients. Identify opportunities to create tailored solutions for hybrid work environments that improve efficiency and employee satisfaction. Manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and presentation to negotiation and closing — with decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise companies. Maintain a high level of activity and organization using our CRM and sales tools. Demonstrate persistence and follow-up to build and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term account success. Qualifications

4+ years of new business development experience, with 2 years in outside sales. Proven ability to influence decision-makers at the mid-market or enterprise level. Self-motivated and results-oriented — you do what it takes to win. Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Experienced in cold-calling, outbound prospecting, and sourcing new business.
