Respond to customer inquiries for export cargo both via email and telephone Create, amend or transfer export bookings utilizing appropriate Systems and Guidelines Communicate cross functionally to manage customer expectation, equipment and space availability and escalate to direct management as required Promote utilization of OOCL online tools Candidate Preferred (NOT Required) Skills

Customer Service Experience Attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 0-25+ years of experience welcome! What is OOCL?
