In this role, you’ll generate pipeline through proactive outreach, strategic prospecting, conference engagement, and consistent follow-up. Your mission is to start high-quality conversations and book demos with key decision-makers across skilled nursing and post-acute organizations.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role (healthcare experience strongly preferred)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with decision-makers

Comfortable with cold outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) and handling objections

Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to manage outreach and follow-up

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient—you enjoy opening doors and creating momentum

Interest in healthcare technology and improving efficiency in skilled nursing and post-acute care
