Senior Marketing Data Analyst Location: Remote (CET working hours), candidate needs to be located in one of the following countries:

Europe: ALB, HRV, CYP, CZE, DNK, EST, FIN, GRC, ISL, LTU, LVA, MLT, DEU, NOR, POL, ROU, SRB, SVK, SVN, SWE, HUN

Asia: AZE, GEO, ISR, JPN, KAZ

Engagement: minimum 6‑month duration and likely extension; full‑time Contract type: B2B only Salary rate: 36–45 EUR/hour Must-haves

5+ years of experience

in marketing analytics, data analysis, data science, consulting, or a related quantitative role, with strong exposure to marketing use cases.

Strong proficiency in SQL and Python , with the ability to work efficiently with large, complex datasets and validate model outputs.

Hands‑on experience with marketing experimentation , in particular

geo experiments/geo testing , including:

designing and evaluating geo‑based tests,

applying

causal inference techniques

to assess incrementality and impact,

collaborating with internal teams and

external agencies

to ensure experiments are correctly set up, executed, and interpreted.

Channel experimentation and optimization experience , with the ability to translate experimental results into actionable recommendations across marketing channels.

Solid understanding of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) concepts and outputs , including how MMM is used for strategic decision‑making (note:

this role does not require building MMM models , but ensuring their correctness, interpretation, and business applicability).

Strong analytical judgment to

ensure models and experiments are reliable, valid, and fit for purpose , including defining success metrics and measurement frameworks.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally and influence both technical and non‑technical audiences and ability to lead strategic projects to completion with cross‑functional teams.

Data analysis skills : strong data analysis skills to work with large datasets and ensure that the models are accurate and reliable.

Communication skills &

consultative approach : be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including vendors, analytics teams, and business stakeholders. Acting as a trusted expert and consultant to stakeholders.

Very good command of written and spoken

English (C1)

is required.
