Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital growth strategy across paid media, email marketing, SEO, and organic digital channels. This role requires a data-driven, performance-focused marketer who can combine strategic vision and analysis with hands-on campaign management. You will be responsible for driving measurable business results through acquisition, engagement, and retention while also building long-term digital brand equity.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable setting strategy, managing budgets, and rolling up their sleeves to optimize campaigns. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our digital presence is innovative, effective, and continuously optimized.
Key Responsibilities
Email & Lifecycle Marketing
Lead email marketing strategy and execution including campaign planning, segmentation, personalization, and testing for all Artemax brands
Build automated lifecycle programs (welcome, nurture, abandoned cart, win-back, re-engagement, etc.)
Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver high-performing creative and copy
Monitor KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly
Own email and SMS sign-ups for each of Artemax’s brand websites to drive email customer base
Paid Media (Performance Marketing)
Oversee paid advertising funnel and campaigns with our 3rd party vendors across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Develop best practices internally with graphic design for continuous high-performing ads across all platforms
Manage media budgets for all brands (seven figures+) and continuously optimize ROI, CAC, and LTV
Oversee creative testing, audience targeting, bid strategy, and remarketing campaigns
Collaborate with agencies or external partners to maximize campaign performance
Organic Growth (SEO & Content)
Oversee and execute SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building
Partner with content and web teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in copy, blogs, landing pages, and site architecture
Monitor organic search performance and identify opportunities for growth
Ensure integration of SEO with social and content strategies for maximum visibility
Monitor and optimize our product listing in agentic storefronts to improve our customer experience
Analytics & Optimization
Manage digital dashboards and track KPIs across all channels
Use advanced analytics, attribution modeling, and BI/reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc.) to assess performance
Conduct ongoing A/B and multivariate testing across ad creative, email, and landing pages
Translate insights into clear recommendations for optimization and budget reallocations
Build and maintain customer segments for email and paid advertising channels to better serve our customers with more relevant content
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with creative, product, and sales teams to ensure digital campaigns align with broader business initiatives
Coordinate with external agencies and technology partners to enhance channel performance
Act as a thought leader within the organization on digital best practices and trends

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5–7+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven success in paid media, email, and SEO.
Strong track record of performance marketing success with measurable ROI.
Advanced proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and related platforms.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
Deep understanding of SEO best practices, analytics, and tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
Analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, attribution, and BI/reporting tools.
Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders.
