5:00 PM Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, in-person, and web interactions. Communicate with on-the-road employees, resolve customer issues promptly, and track and document customer concerns. Handle refunds and maintain accurate account records. Process payments, enter new subscription accounts, and generate work orders for drivers. Ensure missed stops and pick-ups are completed promptly. Perform credit checks on new customers and maintain records of transactions. Assist with scanning contracts, managing the Affirmative Action log, and ensuring compliance in the customer service area. Promote a positive company image and maintain a neat and organized workspace. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years of previous experience in a call center customer service role.
