
Digital Inventory Marketing Analyst

General Description / Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Procurement, the Digital Inventory Marketing Analyst will support business growth objectives by primarily facilitating the marketing of our inventory with our digital marketing partners as well as analyzing inventory and pricing trends within the business and the market.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Gain an extensive and highly detailed understanding of Flip’s inventory product needs, stock levels, and control systems.
Manage, update, and analyze Flip’s digital inventory marketing strategy and e-commerce platform.
Manage and maintain partnership programs with other online inventory marketing platforms.
Assist in automation of inventory synchronization and other reporting requirements with strategic partners and customers.
Monitor sales activity to maintain proper inventory levels.
Analyze supplier inventory availability to ensure Flip may capitalize on purchasing to support customer demand and/or strategic stocking.
Responsible for daily management of product marketing platforms.
Assist the Procurement Team by providing internal and external data sources to inform procurement analyses.
Evaluate internal and third party data to make pricing recommendations.
Collaborate with Flip’s supplier business development, sales, and procurement teams, as required.
Assist in the preparation of reports and in the implementation of new systems and processes to facilitate Flip’s strategic growth initiatives.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Educational Qualifications And Experience
BS Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics related field or relevant equivalent experience.
1-3 years data, reporting or analytics experience is required.
Prior experience in electronic component distribution or manufacturing preferred.
Certifications And Licenses

Technical Knowledge And Skills
Intermediate to Expert MS Excel skills, including data analysis, formulas, and dashboard creation
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail is required
Ability to function autonomously with a strong sense of ownership
