We are seeking a Trade Account Manager to oversee key Interior Design (B2B accounts), ranging from high-end residential interior designers to builders, contractors, hospitality, and purchasing agents, collaborating on new and existing project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a book of B2B accounts across the Tri-State area to achieve monthly sales targets.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key Interior Design accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all communication and support.
Handle incoming leads through digital platforms.
Build and maintain a pipeline of projects and opportunities.
Execute company-driven sales initiatives.
Assess and present to key accounts on a regular basis.
Identify business opportunities to generate large volume projects.
Work closely with Interior Design clients to support them throughout the project lifecycle, including collaborating on design concepts, providing product recommendations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Showroom and In-Person Support: Work from our Tribeca Showroom on a weekly basis to support the NYC Trade community through scheduled appointments, sample preparation, and in-person meetings.
Assist with walk-in Trade and retail appointments as needed, supporting the broader showroom sales team.
Support showroom events, including Trade events, brand activations, and client gatherings (event setup, client engagement, and follow-up as needed).
Assist with daily showroom operations and upkeep, including maintaining product displays, sample organization, merchandising standards, and general showroom readiness.
Qualifications
At least 8-10+ years in a sales/account management role.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
Experience in the home/interiors sector is preferred.
Experience in a high-volume CRM-driven environment.
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the Interior Design industry.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Salesforce experience is a plus.
